Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Market Segment: B2B Sales – Broker Relationships
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading real estate broker firms and achieving sales targets in the freehold property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of reputed real estate broker firms specializing in freehold properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, pricing, and market conditions.
- Guide clients throughout the buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Prepare weekly reports and Management Information System (MIS) updates for senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates from European countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
- Proven experience in freehold real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Strong knowledge of freehold property regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- RERA Certification is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
