Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored property solutions.
Market Expertise
- Stay updated on Dubai’s off-plan real estate market, trends, and project launches.
- Provide clients with insightful analysis and investment advice.
Sales & Negotiation
- Arrange and conduct viewings, virtual or on-site.
- Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
Transaction Support
- Guide clients through all stages of the sales process.
- Ensure timely, smooth closing with full legal compliance.
Networking & Business Development
- Attend real estate events and networking sessions.
- Drive new leads and opportunities through proactive engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales
- Proven sales performance and customer relationship skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch are a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
- Familiarity with Dubai’s property laws and developer ecosystem
