- Meet clients to understand goals, budget, and preferences.
- Present tailored investment or buying/selling strategies.
- Property Showings & Listings
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and open houses.
- Create compelling listings and promote via marketing campaigns.
- Negotiation & Transaction Management
- Negotiate sale/purchase or lease terms and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with lawyers, agents, and lenders to ensure compliance and closing.
- After-Sales Relationship Management
- Provide follow-up support and maintain client relationship database
- Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Licensure: Real estate agent/broker license as required by jurisdiction.
- Experience:
- Entry-level: Familiarity with property transactions.
- Mid/Senior-level: 1–5+ years in real estate consultancy or sales.
