JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize property showings and virtual tours.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide detailed property information (rent, amenities, lease terms, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct property tours.
- Process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks.
- Verify references and income to ensure applicants meet criteria.
- Evaluate applicants’ suitability for tenancy.
- Ensure all lease paperwork is completed, signed, and filed accurately.
- Assist in the collection of rent payments and ensure timely processing.
- Provide tenants with receipts and documentation for payments.
