Looking for Property Manager whose requirements fit on below details
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in property & facility management.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate and tenancy laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Following responsibilities required
1. Tenant Management
- Handle all tenant communications, inquiries, and concerns.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and other dues.
- Address and resolve tenant disputes in a professional manner.
2. Property Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the property.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff or external contractors.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure high standards.
- Maintain logs of maintenance works and service requests.
3. Financial Oversight
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the landlord.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Review and process vendor invoices and payments.
- Ensure rent collection is on time.
4. Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate and manage tenancy contracts and legal notices.
- Follow up on title deed or ownership changes when required.
- Assist in issuing or serving notices such as eviction or maintenance.
5. Vendor & Staff Coordination
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors (security, maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
- Supervise on-site staff if applicable.
- Source and negotiate with service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date property files and tenant records.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the landlord.
- Keep track of all bookings, vacancies, lease expirations, and renewals, etc…
7. Community & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinate with the building’s community management or owners association.
- Act as the point of contact for utilities and service providers (e.g., DEWA, LPG, etc…).
- Stay updated with changes in regulations that may affect the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
