As a Property Sales Consultant, you will guide buyers and investors through every step of the property acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company standards
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, real estate consulting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
