Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government-related documentation and legal processes for our company in the UAE. The PRO will be responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant with UAE laws and regulations, particularly with regard to immigration, labor, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation with MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICA.
- Manage Emirates ID, labor contracts, medical testing, and health insurance procedures for employees.
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration policies, and advise management on compliance.
- Handle trade license renewals, municipality permits, Chamber of Commerce, and other related authority documentation.
- Liaise with government departments such as DHA, DM, DED, MOFAIC, and others for approvals and company requirements.
- Maintain a schedule and log of all key document expiry dates and ensure renewals are done on time.
- Represent the company in all official interactions with UAE ministries and governmental bodies.
- Submit and track applications, complaints, and follow-ups through various government portals (e.g., Tasheel, E-Channel, Amer, etc.).
- Assist in the notarization and attestation of documents both locally and through consulates if required.
- Maintain proper records and document archiving for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with external PRO service providers when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and free zone or mainland regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using government portals and online platforms.
