Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient processing of government-related documents, visas, and approvals while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations and supporting smooth company operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the timely processing, renewal, and cancellation of visas and labor cards to avoid any delays or penalties.
- Provide accurate and prompt updates from government entities or third-party agencies to facilitate smooth company operations.
- Handle the processing and renewal of legal documents efficiently, giving clear instructions to the team to avoid any delays.
- Support the HR department in resolving visa-related issues, including delays in renewals, processing, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with HR and PR teams during labor inspections and visits from government agencies, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination.
- Secure necessary approvals from authorities.
- Raise purchase requests in Oracle as requested by the Procurement or other departments and ensure timely follow-up on approvals.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree from an accredited university.
- (1) years minimum experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer knowledge, particularly in MS Office application.
