Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Contract & Tendering:
Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out projects.
Analyze subcontractor/vendor quotations, negotiate rates, and provide competitive bid proposals.
Assist in contract drafting, risk assessment, and tender submissions.
2. Post-Contract & Cost Control:
Monitor project budgets, track variations, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and certify subcontractor interim payments, final accounts, and claims.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
3. Procurement & Subcontract Management:
Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors for joinery, MEP, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
Negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
4. Contract Administration & Claims:
Manage delay claims, EOTs (Extensions of Time), and cost recovery strategies.
5. Site Coordination & Reporting:
Conduct site measurements, progress assessments, and material reconciliations.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align commercial and technical objectives.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to UAE commercial laws, company policies, and QA/QC standards.
Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and project correspondence.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
