Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Manage tendering processes including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
- Monitor project costs and manage cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare and review interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Perform quantity take-offs, on-site measurements, and cost reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records and documentation for cost-related project activities.
- Provide value engineering and risk analysis support.
- Ensure all cost and procurement activities comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (RICS-accredited preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including minimum 2 years in the UAE/Gulf region.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Primavera P6.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
