We are hiring a highly organized, proactive, and well-experienced Real Estate Administrator (Female) to join our team to oversee and maintain our portfolio listings across multiple property portals, ensuring every listing is accurate, engaging, and optimized for high visibility.
Requirements:
- Immediate joiner, Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa Required
- Several years UAE experienced in a Real Estate administration or property listings coordination.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Arabic fluency is a plus.
- Highly skilled in office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Organizational skills are a must, adept in multitasking, resilient, and enthusiastic with great attention to detail.
- Resourceful and has the ability to work under pressure and is flexible on work-related timings.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company website, etc.
- Verify the accuracy of listing data i.e. pricing, location, images, descriptions, and compliance documents.
- Liaise with photographers, agents, and brokers to collect content and update property status (available, rented, sold).
- Drafting tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, leases, agreements, and other required paperwork.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls related to real estate transactions.
- Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai REST, DLD registration,
- Deal Management—MOUs and Tenancy Agreements.
- Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
- Archive expired listings and ensure timely renewal of active posts.
- Generate weekly reports on listing performance, inquiries, and lead conversions.
- Ensure company branding and compliance with platform guidelines and RERA regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate (preferred)
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate portals and RERA procedures is a plus
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and listing platforms
- Attention to detail with a proactive mindset
