Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for assisting Arabic-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while offering expert guidance on the Dubai real estate market and ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Arabic-speaking clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai
- Communicate clearly in Arabic and English to explain property details, legal procedures, and contract terms
- Provide market insights, area knowledge, and accurate property valuations
- Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD policies and procedures
- Stay updated with current market conditions, property trends, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
- Promote property listings through online portals, CRM systems, and social media
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in real estate (preferred) or strong background in sales or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws and market trends (training can be provided)
- Presentable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
