We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a French, Spanish, German, Chinese SPEAKER Property Consultant at K & S Properties LLC.
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai's vibrant real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Real Estate Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
- Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role.
- Fluency in English and one of these languages (Spanish, Chinese, French or German).
- Previous sales experience in any related field.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
