We’re hiring agents who know how to move units, whether that’s the latest off-plan release or a sought-after secondary market property.
Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking experienced real estate agents who have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property markets, including all major masterplans, new project launches, and handover schedules. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of both off-plan and secondary market transactions, with a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
This role requires a proactive approach, someone who actively sources opportunities, qualifies clients with precision, and manages the full sales cycle from first contact to final signature. Candidates should be confident in dealing with both investors and end-users, offering informed guidance backed by market expertise and insight.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Off-plan & Secondary)
Familiar with Emaar, DAMAC, ARADA, Sobha, and other leading developers
Proven track record in hitting sales targets
UAE driving license & own car
CRM and RERA knowledge is a plus
