- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and students warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation to reflect the company’s professional image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, packages).
- Assist the counseling team with student inquiries, document collection, and basic guidance.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment records, and client databases.
- Provide accurate information about services, programs, and events.
- Coordinate with the operations and counseling teams for smooth client handling.
- Support administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and inventory management.
