Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing excellent customer service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Negotiate offers and prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds).
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (Mandatory at least 6 months in real estate ).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
