We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to clients.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals on behalf of clients.
- Maintain knowledge of property laws, market trends, and the latest listings.
- Prepare necessary documents (contracts, lease agreements, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and mortgage providers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales role (UAE experience preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- RERA Certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
