Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent fluent in a European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.), in addition to English. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi while providing expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry developments.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in a European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.), in addition to English.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws and regulations.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
