Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Russian and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the needs of Russian-speaking clients and can guide them through the UAE property market with confidence, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations
- Translate and explain property details, contracts, and legal terms accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers from the Russian-speaking community
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations in the UAE
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
