Real Estate Sales Agent
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Agent with a proven track record in both Off-Plan and Secondary market sales within the country. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the county real estate sector, key developers, projects, laws, and competitors, with an additional edge if experienced in international markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of currrent Real Estate market, including developers, regulations, and legal requirements
- Demonstrated success in selling Off-Plan and Secondary properties
- Familiarity with international real estate markets is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- RERA Certification (preferred)
- Multilingual (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or others) is an advantage
- CRM and real estate platform proficiency (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut)
