Job Description:
We are seeking a Secondary Real Estate Sales Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s property market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, and ready to grow within a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property listings, resale transactions, and client inquiries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market insights.
- Negotiate offers and close secondary market deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with RERA regulations, market trends, and community developments.
Requirements:
- Male and Female candidate.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (both required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary sales preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
