About Us:
STAQ Properties is a fast-growing real estate agency based in Business Bay, Dubai. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated and goal-driven Real Estate Agents specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Guide clients through the buying/selling process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively in a competitive sales environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about sales and customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, hardworking, and team player.
- Organized with good planning and time management skills.
- Able to join immediately.
- Prior real estate experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
