We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in property sales, a valid driver’s license, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and property owners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available listings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates and marketing activities
- Ensure legal and documentation processes are completed smoothly
- Follow up with leads and manage inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Valid driver’s license and own car
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
