Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions, which include maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating training sessions. The role also involves providing clerical support to the HR department, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of Benefits Administration
Training coordination and management skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
