Asqlaan Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in delivering personalized property solutions to our clients. We are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate sales activities to achieve company targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, Sales Director, or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, etc.) is a plus.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
