Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

Ensure compliance and company standards are met
Requirements:
2–3 years of real estate experience in Dubai in a similar role
Proven track record in off-plan sales (not secondary)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Must be based in the UAE
