Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
- Strong leadership background managing a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for meetings and property visits
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Deliver regular training, mentorship, and performance reviews to team members
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
