Next Range Real Estate is expanding and looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of high-performing property consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop sales strategies and set clear performance goals
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
- Monitor market trends and implement best practices
- Drive revenue through both individual and team sales
- Oversee client interactions and ensure high standards of service
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to boost lead generation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must
- Attractive Commission scale
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
