Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Sharjah & Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the real estate sales team members to ensure productivity.
- Develop detailed sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets consistently.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaigns.
- Implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Establish strong rapport with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Regularly review and update sales policies and procedures according to industry standards.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and customer preferences.
- Respond to customer feedback and adjust sales strategies to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies and budget adherence.
- Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team.
