MNR Real Estate in Dubai is looking for a dedicated female Sales Agent / Telecaller to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs, budget, and preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Provide property details, pricing, and payment plan information to clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and available properties.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
