We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer with a strong background in Dubai's off-plan market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be well-versed with current off-plan projects, and have the ability to develop and deliver high-impact training sessions for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging sales training sessions focused on Dubai’s off-plan real estate market
- Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments
- Keep the team updated with the latest off-plan project launches, developer updates, and market trends
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly
- Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve delivery and materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan projects
- Strong knowledge of current off-plan project details and developer offerings
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information and engage diverse audiences
- Experience in preparing and delivering structured training programs
- Self-driven, organized, and up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sales trainer or team leader in the real estate sector
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Training, Real Estate, or Business
