Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support HR and management with clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in customer service or office management.
