Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Manage patient files and update records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati Passport and Khulasat Al Qaid required).
- High School diploma or above.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
