The Receptionist and Cashier at Milestones Center will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the center. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with the needs of individuals with autism and a commitment to supporting their care and rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling sessions and communicating to parents.
- Answer phone calls
- Collecting payments using the POS machine
- Welcome guests and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage reception area, desk and front area to ensure its neat and tidy.
- Email correspondence : manage timely response to email enquiry and forward to relevant department.
- Intakes : timely attending to intakes, mails, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Office Supplies : Monitor, reorder supplies as needed.
- Maintaining Professionalism : Representing the company positively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in UAE in similar roles preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
