The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, playing a key role in overseeing front desk duties and providing essential administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the training center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist students, staff, and visitors
- Manage and redirect incoming phone calls appropriately
- Address inquiries about admissions, course schedules, and general information
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide support in student registration and document handling
- Arrange appointments and manage schedules for academic and administrative personnel
- Sort incoming mail and deliveries; handle routine correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
- Assist HR and admin teams with filing and data entry tasks
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing position
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-groomed, with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Prior knowledge of student registration processes is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
