About Meeram Properties:
Meeram Properties is a leading real estate company based in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality service and excellence in everything we do. We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the face of our office and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Handle general administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Support the team with day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
