As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. Your professionalism and enthusiasm will set the tone for a positive experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages where necessary.
- Providing information and assistance to visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Assisting with organizing meetings and events.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian & English language
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
