Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet walk-in clients professionally
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential students and parents
- Explain academic programs, address inquiries, and build interest
- Actively work towards achieving monthly sales/enrollment targets
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Support day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks
