Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will play a key role in helping the organization build a strong and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
- Source potential candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding activities
- Generate recruitment reports and support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
