We are urgently looking for experienced HR Recruiter with a strong track record in candidate sourcing, talent searching, and end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in various sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and hiring best practices. You will be responsible for building strong pipelines, engaging top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill business hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational goals.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean searches, etc.).
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and market research to build candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools effectively to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Screen candidates through resume reviews and phone/video interviews to assess cultural fit and qualifications.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet hard-to-fill positions and niche roles.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and maintain talent pools for future needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on hiring metrics, challenges, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring across various functions.
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools like Indeed, Naukri Gulf etc.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, KPIs, and hiring trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
