Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will encompass both recruitment and sales, making you a key driver of our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Collaborate with our Clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our Clients. - Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system. - Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
2. Sales: - Identify potential sales leads and opportunities for the company's services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs. - Assist in sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Networking: - Attend industry events, job fairs, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing our values and culture.
4. Communication: - Effectively communicate with both candidates and clients, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment and sales processes.
5. Be involved in innovation and bringing in new services and product lines. And any other tasks not limited to above and as deemed important by the Company representatives and management stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
