Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Clinical Duties:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Provide leadership and support in emergency or critical care situations.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns.
- Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases and ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with management, ensuring nursing needs and issues are addressed.
Qualifications:
Required Russian Speaker Nurse.
Bachelors degree in nursing.
Must have a DHA License or Eligibility letter.
Immediate joiner is required.
