Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, a strong network of channel partners and HNIs, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance
- Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
- Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software
