Misak Commercial Brokers LLC (Dubai) is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to drive sales of credit card and personal loan products.
The Relationship Manager will acquire, manage, and expand a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored credit card and loan solutions .
This role involves meeting sales targets through proactive client outreach while maintaining high standards of service and integrity. The ideal candidate is a university graduate with at least 1 year of banking or financial-services experience and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential customers through referrals, cold calls, networking, and other channels .
- Product Sales: Actively promote and sell credit card and personal loan products to both new and existing clients .
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by management .
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about banking product offerings, market trends, competitor products, and relevant regulations .
- Reporting: Maintain detailed customer records (using CRM) and prepare sales reports or updates for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and uphold the highest ethical standards in client interactions .
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in UAE banking or financial services, preferably in retail banking or credit-product sales (credit cards/personal loans) .
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; strong sales and negotiation abilities; customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
- Attitude: Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales goals.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with CRM or sales software is a plus.
- Other: Valid UAE driving license is advantageous; familiarity with local banking products or Islamic banking credit solutions is a benefit.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based commission or bonuses in addition to the base salary .
- Benefits: Health insurance, visa sponsorship (if applicable), paid leave, and other standard company benefits (e.g. professional training) .
