Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, or French.
