Key Responsibilities:
· Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all patrons as they enter the restaurant.
· Handling reservations, either via phone or in person, and organizing seating arrangements accordingly.
· Guiding guests to their tables, providing menus, and ensuring a smooth transition to their servers.
· Managing wait times during busy periods, keeping guests informed of their position on the list.
· Handling incoming calls, answering questions, and taking reservations.
· Communicating with servers and other staff to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal service flow.
· Keeping the entrance and waiting area clean and organized, and potentially assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
· Answering guest questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant information.
· Addressing any concerns or complaints and striving to create a positive dining experience.
Essential Skills:
· Clear, friendly, and effective communication is crucial for interacting with guests and staff.
· A positive attitude and the ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
· Managing reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements requires strong organizational abilities.
· The restaurant environment can be fast-paced, especially during peak hours.

· Russian Speaking is a must
