We are an award-winning F&B group with unique restaurant concepts across Dubai. As we expand in Dubai, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our flagship restaurant in Jumeirah 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Drive sales, optimize costs, and achieve monthly P&L targets.
- Implement SOPs across service, hygiene, and operations, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and F&B regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Management team on menu launches, promotions, and guest engagement.
- Manage reservations, guest feedback, and VIP relations to maintain high repeat customer rates.
- Analyze performance data (sales, covers, guest feedback) to implement improvements.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure the restaurant reflects our identity and values.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant management (fine dining / premium casual dining preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage restaurant P&L.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai F&B industry, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
