- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-scale casual dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Turkish or Arabic cuisine is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Turkish or Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, sales forecasting, and budget management
- Experience in managing large teams and overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train staff
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and cost control
- Familiar with health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with local F&B standards
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Northern Emirates
