KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To administer the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Banquet, and Room Service in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on Team Member satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service.
The efficiency with which he/she performs his/her tasks increase the level of service with which we serve our guests. His / Her responsibilities would include those that assist the Events Manager. Due to the nature of the job, the Restaurant Manager must pay attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
