The Role
Job Description: Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, enforce SOPs, and uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards. Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality and proactive guest engagement. Monitor sales, control costs, manage budgets, and oversee inventory and procurement to ensure profitability and efficiency. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain visual brand standards, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and customer feedback.
